Pre-orders Policy

Thank you for trusting us to Pre-Order some of your items. The information below aims to answer any questions you might have regarding the Pre-Order process.

 

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders are items that are currently not in stock but will be released at a future date. We offer Pre-Orders so that you will receive that item when it is released and not have to worry about it selling out elsewhere and not receiving it. Estimated ship dates for Pre-Orders are in the description and are subject to change by the manufacturer.

 

How long will it take to arrive?

Once we receive the Pre-Ordered items we will ship them to you within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your item has shipped with a tracking number. If you ordered numerous items in your Pre-Order we will ship once your complete order is in stock. Please note that some items may arrive before others. 

 

Will each item on my order ship separately as they arrive?

No. Orders will not ship until the entire order is in stock. Checkout only calculates one shipment. If you would like to split up an order you may email a request to sales@jrcollectibles.eu. We will split your order and invoice the additional cost after approval.

 

When will you charge me for my item?

To secure your item, you will be charged at the time of purchase.

 

Can I cancel items that I have Pre-Ordered?

No. The production of these pieces is based on the pre-orders made by the local retailers, thus, once placed, the production number cannot change.

 

Another store received the item I Pre-Ordered already. Why hasn’t mine shipped out yet?

The delivery dates for Pre-Ordered items is not the same for all the local retailers, we know that there are variation of time up to 4 weeks. If you place your order with us, we cannot guarantee that you'll receive your item faster, what we can assure you, is that you'll receive these limited items once we get them, even if they are globally sold-out and without paying exorbitant prices after release. My Pre-Order delivery date has been moved to another month. What’s going on?

Please note that Pre-Order release dates are subject to change by the manufacturer. We'll do our best to keep you informed about these changes either via e-mail or directly in our store.
