IMPORTANT!

We are starting to build our site and rates to some destination countries won't be available yet, as a result, you won't be able to finalize your purchase.

If that happens, please write us at sales@jrcollectibles.eu and we will try to find a rate to your location.

 

Combine Shipping

We do combine shipping costs for several products, just make sure to place all your wanted items in one combined order.

 

How long will my package take to arrive? 

It really depends on your location and the shipping method you select during the checkout, we try to add the estimated transit time after shipment in each option, so you can have an idea.

Please remember that these times are just that, estimated, so the delivery can take longer and we cannot be held responsible for those delays, however, in case is taking too long, drop us and email to sales@jrcollectibles.eu and we will review and support the best we can.

The delivery options that you’ll see during the checkout are standard, in case you want a faster delivery, please write us at sales@jrcollectibles.eu so we can offer you a faster (and more expensive) alternative.

Please, also remember that these estimated times start counting after the order is shipped, in some cases, for example when you buy pre-orders, we’ll need to wait until all your items are in storage, and only then we will ship your order. Once we do, we’ll send you a notification so you can estimate the arrival of your goods.

 

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, we are working to have as many options as possible to deliver in your location, but please remember our notice at the beginning of this policy, as we are still setting up some rates, there could be some locations missing, if that’s the case for you, please write us at sales@jrcollectibles.eu and we’ll provide you a rate as soon as we can.

 

Can I track my order?
After all your items are in storage, we’ll ship your order and send you a notification e-mail, I this e-mail you also should receive a tracking number, in case you did not received this information, please write us to… you know, the same e-mail sales@jrcollectibles.eu.

 

What if the package lost?
We apologize in advance for this situation, but we are not responsible for a lost package for a mishandling of your local delivery service, regardless, we’re here to help, so, in case you have any issues, please write us at sales@jrcollectibles.eu (again), there are some standard shipments that have an included insurance, so we can check if your shipment was applicable.

 

Are local pick-ups available?
No. not now, because we don’t have a physical store location. We’ll see how things go and review this decision down the road.

 

My package was returned to sender, what do I do now?
If a package returns because of wrong address or because the receiver did not pick it up in time, unfortunately, the original shipping costs is not refundable.

Once we receive the return, we will inform you and give you 2 options.

  1. If you are still interested in your products, we can charge you a new shipping cost and any potential fees for the return (if applicable), then we will send your package once again.
  2. If you are not interested in your products anymore, we will proceed with a refund for the cost of the products only (remember, the original shipping cost is not refundable), minus the cost of any potential fees for the return (if applicable).

 

Can I change my delivery address after payment?
Unfortunately no, due to tax declarations purposes, once the order is placed, we cannot change the confirmed address that will appear in the Invoice. In this case, we will have to cancel the order and charge you the 10% fee explained in our Cancellation Policy (Please review our Return & Refunds policy), then you’ll have to place a new order with the corrected address.
