The Kei Swap takes one of Japan's compact kei vans and gives it a serious drifting makeover. This heavily modified fantasy casting incorporates design elements from the Mighty K, combining the practicality of a tiny cargo van with the attitude of a purpose-built drift machine.

Look inside the cargo area and you'll find plenty of personality: a boom box, a complete set of four MicroFC3 wheels, and a mountain bike are packed into the rear. Up front, even the passenger area tells a story, with a spilled cup of coffee adding another fun detail to the casting.

Powering this little drift van is an engine mold reused from Four-1, giving the Kei Swap the mechanical hardware to match its wild appearance. It's another great example of Hot Wheels turning an everyday vehicle concept into something completely unexpected.
