The black Honda Civics used in the opening truck heist of The Fast and the Furious return in a special silver anniversary finish, celebrating 25 years of the franchise’s street-racing legacy.
The fifth-generation Honda Civic Coupé arrived in the early 1990s, combining compact dimensions with a lightweight body and a popular platform for customization. In the original The Fast and the Furious (2001), Dominic Toretto’s crew used modified black Honda Civics to hijack electronics shipments from moving trucks. Their body kits, rear wings and tuner-inspired modifications helped establish the visual identity of the film and its street-racing world.
Hot Wheels recreates the 1993 Honda Civic Coupé EX EJ1 in the Fast & Furious Silver Anniversary Silver Series. Its metallic silver finish replaces the original movie cars’ black appearance while retaining the recognizable modified Civic styling. Detailed headlight and taillight decoration adds definition to the compact coupe.
