Few cars represent the extravagance of late-1950s American automotive design better than the 1959 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz.
The 1959 Eldorado Biarritz belongs to an era when American luxury cars were defined by enormous dimensions, chrome detailing and dramatic tailfins. Cadillac's 1959 models are particularly famous for their enormous rear fins and twin bullet-shaped taillights, making them some of the most recognizable American cars of the period. The Biarritz represented the convertible luxury end of the Eldorado range.
Mini GT introduces this classic Cadillac with new tooling, recreating the 1959 Eldorado Biarritz in Black at 1:64 scale. The model focuses on the car's long proportions, open-top design, sweeping tailfins and extensive period styling, giving collectors a very different subject from the modern performance cars commonly found in the Mini GT range.
