A French commercial-vehicle icon receives a refined metallic finish in this Tarmac Works Global64 recreation of the unmistakable Citroën Type H.
Introduced in the late 1940s, the Citroën Type H became one of France's most recognizable light commercial vehicles. Its corrugated metal body panels, front-wheel-drive layout and practical low loading floor made it a familiar sight among tradespeople, market vendors and small businesses for decades. The Type H's distinctive appearance also made it a favorite for conversions into food trucks, mobile shops and other specialist vehicles, long after production ended in 1981.
Tarmac Works brings the classic van into its Global64 range with the 1969 Citroën Type H in Gris Métal Irisé, a metallic iridescent gray finish that gives the utilitarian design a more contemporary collectible appearance.
