A Le Mans contender with an unforgettable story.
The Porsche 962C #10, entered by Kremer Racing, competed in the legendary 1989 24 Hours of Le Mans wearing the iconic Kenwood red and black livery. Piloted by an international lineup including Kunimitsu Takahashi, Bruno Giacomelli, and Giovanni Lavaggi, the car showed strong pace throughout the race.
Running consistently inside the top 10, it was shaping up to be a remarkable result. Unfortunately, a catastrophic fire in the 20th hour forced retirement, cutting short what could have been a standout finish.
This Tarmac Works release, produced in collaboration with Schuco, faithfully recreates this historic machine in 1:64 scale. Collectors can also look out for a rare raw metal chase version, adding extra exclusivity.
