Born from Subaru’s rally-bred engineering, the 2003 Impreza WRX STI Spec C combines turbocharged performance and all-wheel-drive capability in a highly detailed blue miniature.
The second-generation Subaru Impreza arrived in 2000, continuing the model’s association with rally competition and high-performance road cars. Its WRX STI variants combined a turbocharged boxer engine with Subaru’s symmetrical all-wheel-drive system and a performance-focused chassis. The 2002 facelift introduced the headlight design commonly nicknamed the “Bugeye” or “teardrop” style in enthusiast circles. The Spec C was a more competition-oriented version, developed with weight reduction and performance use in mind.
