A dragster that takes the egg-and-spoon race to a whole new level.

The Eggshelleracer is one of Hot Wheels' most unusual new creations: a wild dragster built from a spoon and a broken eggshell. The playful concept takes inspiration from the classic egg-and-spoon race, turning the humble breakfast staple into a full-blown racing machine.

The casting features an eggshell piece in place of a conventional window, while the exposed twin-engine setup adds plenty of mechanical attitude. Even the name is a playful nod to Hot Wheels' AcceleRacers series.

Adding to its foodie theme, the rear incorporates salt and pepper shakers, while the driver figure is shared with other food-themed Hot Wheels such as the Donut Drifter and Birthday Burner.

It's a wonderfully weird combination of food, racing, and Hot Wheels imagination—and exactly the kind of casting that stands out in any collection.
