New Pre-orders, JDM Icons & Our First CDRL Event

We're taking a short holiday break this week, but that doesn't mean things have stopped at JR Collectibles! While we're away recharging our batteries, we're still bringing you the latest news from the world of 1:64 diecast, with new pre-orders added to the store and exciting plans taking shape behind the scenes.

We've got some legendary Japanese racing machines, wild tuning builds, iconic endurance racers and a few exclusive releases to share with you.

But first, let's talk about something a little different from our usual model updates.

🏁 The Czech Diecast Racing League Is Coming!

We're getting ready for the first Czech Diecast Racing League (CDRL) event, where 1:64 diecast cars will leave the display shelves behind and compete on the track!

The idea is simple: bring collectors together, pick a car, and see how it performs in some good old-fashioned gravity racing. You don't need an expensive model to compete — the event is all about having fun, enjoying the competition and finding out which little car has what it takes to reach the finish line first.

We're putting the finishing touches on the event, and we're looking forward to welcoming both experienced collectors and newcomers to diecast racing.

Want to know how it works, what the rules are, and how to participate?

Now, let's move on to the latest models you can already reserve at JR Collectibles!

Pre-orders

This week's selection has a strong Japanese flavour, with POP Race and Kaido*House leading the way. We've also got some important names from endurance racing, a few distinctive RWB creations and an Italian supercar that deserves a place in any serious collection.

POP Race — From Japanese Racing to Extreme Supercars

POP Race has delivered one of the most varied pre-order lineups in this update. There are new toolings, special editions and plenty of Japanese tuning culture.

POP Race 1:64 Honda Civic EF9 #15 PIAA JTC 1991 InterTEC with opening hood and detailed engine.
Let's start with a piece of Japanese touring-car history. The fifth-generation Honda Civic, known as the EF, became a popular platform for motorsport thanks to its compact dimensions, lightweight construction and responsive engines.

During the early 1990s, Japanese touring-car racing showcased some of the most exciting competition between manufacturers. This new tooling brings the Honda EF9's racing identity into 1:64.

POP Race Honda PIAA Accord JTCC 1996 new tooling with opening hood and detailed engine in 1:64 scale.
The Honda Accord was another important competitor during Japan's touring-car racing era. By the mid-1990s, the JTCC featured highly developed Super Touring machines, with manufacturers turning ordinary-looking road cars into serious circuit racers.

This new tooling captures the spirit of that era and makes an interesting companion to the EF9 Civic.

POP Race Lamborghini Veneno Grigio Metalluro new tooling with opening rear cover and detailed engine in 1:64 scale.
From touring-car racing to something much more exotic, the Lamborghini Veneno was unveiled in 2013 to celebrate Lamborghini's 50th anniversary. Its angular bodywork, dramatic aerodynamics and naturally aspirated V12 made it one of the most extreme road cars of its time.

With its limited production and unmistakable design, the Veneno is a natural highlight for supercar collectors.

POP Race LB-ER34 Super Silhouette Red new tooling with opening hood and detailed engine in 1:64 scale.
Liberty Walk's Super Silhouette creations draw inspiration from the outrageous Japanese racing machines of the 1980s. The result is a combination of oversized bodywork, aggressive aerodynamics and unmistakable Nissan Skyline proportions.

This new tooling brings that dramatic aesthetic to another Skyline-based creation.

The rest of the POP Race lineup offers plenty of variety:

From race-inspired Hondas to wide-body builds and the Lamborghini Veneno, POP Race has something for collectors with very different tastes.

Almost Real — RWB Porsche Culture

If you've ever seen an RWB Porsche, you know they aren't exactly subtle.

Rauh-Welt Begriff, founded by Japanese Porsche tuner Akira Nakai, is famous for transforming classic 911s into dramatically widened custom machines. The combination of exaggerated fenders, deep-dish wheels and carefully crafted details has made RWB a major name in the air-cooled Porsche community.

Almost Real brings three distinctive interpretations to the lineup:

There's also something for modern GT racing fans: the 2026 Porsche 911 GT3 R GT World Challenge Asia Mandalika #911 Test Car.

Whether you prefer classic air-cooled Porsches or contemporary competition cars, this selection covers both sides of Porsche culture.

Transcend Model — A Jaguar Le Mans Legend

Some racing cars are remembered for their speed. Others are remembered because they changed the course of a manufacturer's history.

The Jaguar XJR-9 belongs in the second category.

Transcend 1:64 Jaguar XJR-9 Le Mans Group C race car with magnetic front and rear covers showing detailed interior.
Developed for Group C endurance racing, the XJR-9 featured a powerful 7.0-litre V12 and was built to compete at the highest level of long-distance motorsport. Its defining achievement came at the 1988 24 Hours of Le Mans, where Jaguar secured overall victory and ended a 31-year wait for another Le Mans win.

That victory helped establish the XJR-9 as one of the great endurance prototypes of its generation.

For collectors who appreciate motorsport history, this is much more than another race car. It's a reminder of one of Jaguar's greatest moments on the international stage.

FG Model — The Ford GT40 Mk II

Few cars are as closely associated with Le Mans as the Ford GT40.

FG Model 1:64 Ford GT40 Mk II #2 Bruce McLaren Chris Amon 1966 Le Mans winner with opening panels.
During the 1960s, Ford set out to challenge Ferrari's dominance in endurance racing. The campaign reached its historic high point in 1966, when Ford finished first, second and third at Le Mans.

The GT40 Mk II combined a low-slung racing chassis with powerful American V8 performance, creating a machine that became one of the most recognizable endurance racers ever built.

The #2 version is a fitting addition for collectors who love the golden age of Le Mans.

Kaido*House — Japanese Icons With a Custom Twist

Kaido*House is back with a lineup that combines classic Japanese cars, American muscle and the brand's signature custom styling.

The first-generation Subaru Impreza WRX STI helped build Subaru's performance reputation during the brand's successful rally years. Turbocharged power, all-wheel drive and a strong connection to the World Rally Championship made the Impreza an icon among enthusiasts.

This new tooling takes that rally-bred platform and gives it the unmistakable Kaido Works treatment.

Other upcoming releases include:

From the classic Fairlady Z and Datsun 510 to the R33 and R34 Skyline, this selection covers several generations of Japanese automotive culture. The Camaro and Silverado add a distinctly American flavour to the mix.

BBR Models — Italian Design at Its Finest

We'll finish with something a little more refined.

BBR Models Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale Rosso Villa D’Este 2025 in 1:64 scale, red diecast supercar modelBBR Models Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale Rosso Villa D’Este 2025 in 1:64 scale, red diecast supercar modelBBR Models Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale Rosso Villa D’Este 2025 in 1:64 scale, red diecast supercar model

The modern Alfa Romeo 33 Stradale takes inspiration from the original 1967 model, widely admired for its sculptural design and rarity. The new interpretation brings that heritage into the modern era, combining dramatic Italian styling with contemporary performance engineering.

Finished in Rosso Villa d'Este, this release is a great choice for collectors who appreciate exclusive supercars and Italian automotive design.
