The NSX-R represents Honda's pursuit of lightweight, driver-focused performance, turning the already capable NSX into an even more focused machine.

The first-generation Honda NSX changed expectations for an everyday supercar when it arrived in 1990, combining a mid-mounted V6, aluminum construction and Honda's engineering philosophy. The NSX-R took the concept further with weight reduction, chassis tuning and a stronger emphasis on track performance. Its reputation grew through both road-car development and the many NSX examples seen in Japanese motorsport.

POP Race adds the Honda NSX-R to The Dark Chrome Series, giving the race-bred Japanese supercar a darker visual treatment. The model features dual opening rear hatches, allowing collectors to display the detailed engine compartment.
